Do not go to download.com if you are looking to know exactly what you need. There are many programs of rogue anti-spyware and fraud in the website. If you are a good program like Ad-Aware first three options are provided for programs Ad-Aware. So they try to raise money without the approval of wrong.

I recommend you Firefox with the Google Toolbar. Firefox can disable all virus to run, because the virus will only work in IE.
